This is a key position within the Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation, overseeing the delivery of large-scale cultural infrastructure projects.

  • Develop and implement project timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Oversight on fit-out design approvals and ensuring compliance
  • Mitigate risks through proactive identification and resolution
  • Coordinate tenant authority applications and documentation
  • Ensure all approvals and sign-offs are accurately recorded

A successful candidate will possess exceptional organisational and documentation skills, including tracking and managing various project-related documents.
