Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our capital works and fit-out projects.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion and final review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for internal teams, tenants, and contractors.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop robust project timelines incorporating internal and external approval processes.
  • Oversee fit-out design approvals in line with precinct and tenant requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure streamlined project delivery.
Requirements:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, construction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a complex stakeholder management setting.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Monday or Jira.
