What We Offer

At Mindshare ANZ, we offer a competitive salary package, estimated at AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days. We also offer flexible working arrangements, paid parental leave, flexible public holidays, birthday leave, and early finishes during summer months. Job Description

As a Media Planning and Buying Lead, you will be responsible for delivering a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying across Foxtel Group, a leading sports and entertainment business. You will work collaboratively with client teams across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process, ensuring timely delivery of work. This role requires excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate complex ideas confidently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and adhere to Mindshare values, possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.
  • Create a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture, contributing POV's and following leadership directives.
  • Work collaboratively with client teams, communicating clearly and effectively on all matters.
  • Deliver accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.
  • Develop trusted relationships with media owners, building knowledge of product suites and formulating opinions on the media landscape.
  • Ensure financial procedural adherence across all touchpoints, aiming for zero account queries.

Requirements

This role requires 3-5 years of experience in media agencies or the broader media industry, utilizing SME tools, techniques, and processes. TV buying expertise is essential. You must possess strong internal partnership relations, build knowledge of product offerings, and follow GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence.
