Clinical Supervisor

This is a key leadership role in shaping the future of therapy. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead by example and drive clinical excellence within our team.

  • Achieve impactful results by collaborating with the team to meet clinical targets and implement solutions for participant success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional services.
  • Driving clinical excellence through championing evidence-based practices and new initiatives.
  • Fostering a culture of ongoing learning and development within the team.
  • Achieving impactful results through collaboration and effective communication with the team.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member who:

  • Holds a degree in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years' experience practicing as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Brings strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
  • Has experience working in community-based and/or disability settings; NDIS experience is highly advantageous.
  • Is committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and champions inclusive practices.
  • Brings a solutions-focused mindset and a passion for achieving meaningful participant outcomes.
