Job Title: Clinical Nurse Consultant

About the Role:
  • This senior leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your advanced clinical expertise and contribute significantly to the development of Emergency Department models of care and operational processes.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing ED performance metrics to support continuous service improvement and meet Key Performance Indicators.
  • A key aspect of this role is overseeing the Data Optimisation team to ensure accuracy in ED data reporting, diagnosis coding, and Activity Based Funding (ABF) optimisation using tools like ieMR (FirstNet).

About You:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Leader with a strong background in Emergency Department Operations and Data Management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of Emergency Department clinical models, operational workflows, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with ieMR (FirstNet), relevant databases, and reporting tools for data extraction, analysis, and funding optimisation is essential.
