Centre Director Opportunity

Become a key figure in shaping young lives at our Long Day Care facility. As Centre Director, you'll lead a passionate team, drive continuous improvement, and create a nurturing space where children grow, explore and thrive.

The role entails leading daily operations, staff management, and service performance to deliver high-quality, inclusive early education programs. You will build a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment for children and champion team development and community engagement.

About the Role
  • Lead Operations: Oversee daily activities, manage staff, and monitor service performance.
  • Program Delivery: Develop and implement high-quality early education programs that cater to diverse needs.
  • Environment Creation: Design a safe, engaging and supportive atmosphere for children to grow and learn.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, support and growth among team members.
  • Community Engagement: Promote our values-led approach within the local area and engage with the community.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A proven track record as a Centre Director/Manager.
  • A Diploma of Children's Services (or equivalent).
  • Hold relevant certifications such as Blue Card, First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership and administrative skills.
