As a Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by driving high-value deals and transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing complex, market-shaping transactions that drive growth and value creation.
  • Leading multi-jurisdictional due diligence on high-value, cross-border transactions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Drafting and negotiating strategic partnership agreements, joint venture documentation, and shareholder arrangements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute deal strategy, manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years' experience in Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, or similar fields with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong academic credentials, commercial acumen, and exceptional client focus.
