About the Role

You will be providing tailored care, assisting with personal care, manual handling, domestic assistance, transport & community access, and meal preparation. You will be a key part of our clients' lives, offering emotional support, facilitating social interaction, and helping them reach their personal goals.

Requirements

- Previous background in aged care, disability support, or home/community care preferred
- Relevant qualifications (Aged Care, Disability Support, Individual Support, or Nursing)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
