About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate care professional to join our team in providing exceptional support and care to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver high-quality care and support services, focusing on enhancing client independence and participation in their own care when possible.
- Perform a range of personal care tasks including showering, grooming, toileting etc., as well as assistance with medication, meal preparation, household chores, and social support in the community.
- Follow a predetermined schedule, requiring travel between homes, unrestricted vehicle access, and the ability to follow digital schedules and care plans independently using a mobile app.
About You
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability is highly desirable, although not essential.
- A minimum of three months' relevant care experience for those holding a relevant certificate or six months for those without.
- Experience working in home care/community settings is highly advantageous.
Benefits
