Operational Risk Management Framework Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Operational Risk Management Framework Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) across the organization.
- Risk Assessment and Control Self-Inspection: Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure that all identified risks are effectively mitigated through the implementation of appropriate controls.
- Issue Management: Provide support in identifying, reporting, and resolving operational risks and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Incident Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and respond to operational incidents, ensuring that lessons are learned and implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Controls Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of internal controls to ensure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for ensuring that the ORMF is up-to-date, accurate, and relevant to the organization's risk profile.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that risk management practices are aligned with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their risk profiles and provide guidance on risk management best practices.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance risk management skills and competencies within the organization.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on operational risk events and trends.
