Lead and Deliver Exceptional Residential Projects

This is a leadership role that offers the opportunity to take ownership of residential projects, leading experienced site teams and ensuring every home is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You'll be the central point of contact for developers, responsible for maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and keeping the project running smoothly and on schedule. Your leadership will directly impact the experience of our customers, helping them move into homes that are not only well-built but also happier, healthier, and tailored to their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor three Construction Supervisors across a single-site project
  • Oversee site operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies
  • Build strong relationships with developers, suppliers, and trades
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication
  • Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Champion a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Supervisor
  • Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects on time and to specification
  • Trade background (preferably carpentry) with certification in building and construction
  • Qualifications in supervision and management
  • Experience working directly with developers and managing client relationships
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
