Requirements:

  • Previous Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales background with experience in supporting and managing a successful high volume Melbourne sales team

  • Sound leadership ability including motivating, coaching, and performance management accompanied by effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers
