Job Title:

A Head of Service Sales Role in the Pacific Region

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and lead client-facing teams.
  • Deploy services initiatives through individual objectives and develop metrics to measure progress.
  • Ensure regional growth targets are met and oversee compliance with established processes.
  • Drive digital transformation and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Segment markets and cooperate with cross-functional teams on product positioning.
  • Communicate company vision and direction to client-facing teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, ideally combined with an MBA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales or sales support experience in a service business or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel.
