Workplace Design Standards Lead

Job Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining global design standards for client workplace projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of consistent and effective design solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will play a key part in enhancing workplace design effectiveness, efficiency, and value by analyzing voice of customer data, digital resources, and observation studies. This insights-driven approach will help refine our design strategies and improve the overall workplace experience.

About the Role
  • Design Strategy: Serve as a subject matter expert for workspace design, ensuring seamless integration of client's global design standards across all aspects of workplace strategy.
  • HSE & Risk Management: Translate workplace operations and risks into design and contractual standards that align with commercial requirements and minimize HSE risks.
  • Project Delivery: Support project delivery and vendor management by selecting and onboarding design vendors, ensuring compliance with standards, overseeing consultant performance, and contributing to close-out activities.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with teams to evolve and align design standards with workplace strategy, integrate technology for seamless experiences, apply data-driven improvements, and promote continuous learning and efficiency in design delivery.
  • Workplace Insights: Analyze and improve workplace standards and experience using various data sources, sentiment analysis, and refining data inputs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

  • At least 5 years of experience in workplace design and project delivery, with expertise in workplace strategy, learning development, and business processes.
  • Strong autonomy and teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
  • A deep understanding of customer experience and strategic planning is essential.
