Job Summary:

Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a residential aged care home. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice nursing procedures.
  • Provide coaching, supervision, and guidance to personal care team members.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and policies.

Requirements:

  • A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process.
  • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
