The ideal candidate will lead a residential aged care facility with 98 beds and drive quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Implement contemporary clinical practices to meet or exceed resident needs.
- Maximize efficiency, maintain safety, and ensure the facility meets accreditation standards.
As a seasoned manager, you have experience in residential aged care, managed medium to large teams, and possess strong leadership skills.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or other clinical professional, postgraduate qualifications in health or business administration.
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience, recent management experience in aged care or health administration, demonstrating competency in operational planning, strategic thinking, and budget management.
