  • Support long-term property strategy, planning and capital forecasting
  • Maintain an asset register and contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency goals
  • Supervise and mentor facilities staff and contribute to a safe, positive team culture

About You

You'll be an experienced and solutions-focused facilities professional with:

  • Qualifications in Facilities Management, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline

  • Experience working across operational or multi-site environments
  • A collaborative approach and ability to lead through change
  • A genuine passion for animal welfare and alignment to RSPCA Qld's mission
