Education and Career Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Education and Career Advisor to promote our partner institutions and their courses to international students in an ethical and professional manner.

About the Role:

  • Promote partner institutions and their courses to international students in an ethical and professional manner;
  • Understand students' needs and develop suitable study plans that meet their academic records, English level and needs;
  • Counsel and collaborate effectively with students and their parents to finalise their course selection;
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in accordance with our system;
  • Collaborate well with admissions teams to facilitate admissions processes for students;
  • Assist in organising events/exhibitions and other promotional activities;
  • Attend professional training activities organised by us;
  • Other tasks as directed.

About You:

  • Graduate from higher education courses at Australian universities or proven equivalent work experience;
  • Have work rights in Australia;
  • Experience in Education Counselling is preferred but not compulsory;
  • Passion for customer service;
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Willingness to help students at all times;
  • Understanding and valuing of a multicultural working environment.

Requirements:

  • 2nd language required - Japanese.
