As logistics service providers, we prioritize delivering exceptional customer experiences through our dedicated teams. To support this mission, we seek a seasoned Account Manager to join our Service Delivery Team in Perth.

This role involves partnering closely with customers to identify solutions that drive efficiency within their supply chains. You will cultivate deep relationships with customers and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to navigate complexities and deliver results quickly.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating customer needs to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with customers to ensure project goals are met, service levels are maintained, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Leading negotiations with assigned customers to facilitate business growth and retention.
  • Developing and managing account plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Managing administrative tasks for assigned accounts, including CRM management.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager role, preferably within Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
