Job Title: Solution Oriented Customer Success Manager

As a key member of our Service Delivery Team in Perth, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by partnering with customers to find tailored solutions that drive efficiency and improve their supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate for this position is a solution-focused and analytical professional with a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in the Supply Chain or Logistics Management industry. This individual must possess excellent prioritization and organizational skills, as well as exceptional presentation and communication skills both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine customer needs to deliver customer-centric outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships at multiple stakeholder levels, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to ensure project goals and timelines are met, service levels are maintained, and annual NPS scores are achieved.
  • Lead solution and contract negotiations with assigned customers to facilitate portfolio goals and retain customers.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach to develop and implement key account plans and continuous improvement solutions aligned with corporate objectives and strategies.
  • Proactively develop reports and conduct on-site client visits weekly, monthly, and quarterly to focus on tactical and strategic KPIs.
  • Manage administrative functions for assigned accounts, including CRM management and general administration to enhance portfolio results.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager or similar role in Supply Chain or Logistics Management, or a related service industry.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness and ability to support customers at all levels.
  • A data-driven mindset with proven commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with strong skills in MS Excel.
