Permanent Part-time Opportunities

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our Annecto Housing team on a permanent part-time basis. As a support worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides support to individuals with complex needs in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including the use of equipment such as hoists, shower chairs, and beds.
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support individuals with challenging behaviors and provide de-escalation techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve maximum independence and capacity building for individuals.
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or HACC.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including a 3rd booster.
  • Experience assisting individuals with complex support needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Current First Aid certification (with at least 6-12 months left until expiry).
  • Current CPR certification (with at least 3-6 months left until expiry).
  • Knowledge and ability to apply safe manual handling practices.
  • A current and valid Driver's Licence.
  • Completed NDIS Quality, Safety & You module.

  • Base hourly rate between $32.21-$35.14 (plus 11% superannuation) depending on qualifications and experience.
