Job Description:
Melbourne Airport is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join its fast-paced team. This exciting opportunity allows you to bring your expertise to the forefront, shaping the future of dnata's people management.
As a seasoned HR professional, you will thrive in this role by:
- Collaborating with leaders and teams to drive business outcomes through effective people management
- Identifying key HR opportunities and risks, providing timely support and guidance to stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders, unions, delegates, and employees, advising on best practices and influencing decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership and CoachingYou will provide coaching and support to leaders and their teams, fostering a culture of achievement and decisive action.
- Partnership and coaching of Leaders and their teams
- Identify key HR opportunities and people management risks;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from senior people leaders, Unions, delegates and employees, advising and coaching them, recommending appropriate actions, sharing knowledge and influencing action;
You will provide operational support, advice, and guidance to people leaders across the business on all people-related matters.

You will work with the Director of People and Culture to build the business's capability for change and people leaders' ability to manage people during times of transformational change.

You will partner with various key stakeholders across the business to ensure compliance and employee engagement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a HR/P&C Business Partner or HR/P&C Manager for a medium-sized company
- Experience with blue-collar and unionized workforce
- Well-developed ER & IR skills
- Understanding of key HR/P&C principles and practices (e.g. as initially gained through tertiary HR qualifications).
