About the Role

As an Educator, you'll be responsible for creating world-class customer experiences in our stores. You'll interact with guests, provide expert product knowledge, and showcase our brand's unique culture and community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging and connecting with customers, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our brand and values.
  • Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences by conducting accurate and timely transactions and executing market-relevant programs according to company standards.
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experiences and support store operations.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.
