Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing the capture of Installed Base (IB) data to support high-quality service delivery.
  • Facilitating customer education and communication about equipment life cycle status and potential solutions using technology platforms to promote smart, safe, and sustainable service solutions.
  • Supporting business initiatives that leverage IB management to optimize demand opportunities and customer support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with skilled activities and processes, and ability to manage accurate data analysis.
  • Established experience in an electrical distribution products environment or manufacturing background.
  • Basic knowledge of systems environments, preferably with Microsoft and Salesforce-type platforms.
  • Passion for delivering results in a positive culture environment, leveraging new technologies to drive innovation.
