Procurement Professional Wanted

The role we have available is for a skilled and experienced procurement professional to join our team. In this dynamic position, you will be working on large and complex procurements, leveraging your expertise in the Commonwealth Government procurement and contracting life-cycle.

Key responsibilities of the job include delivering some of the Commonwealth's biggest and most complex procurements, supporting or leading streams of work including RFQ development, approach to market, evaluation processes, and contract management, compliance assessment, gap analysis, risk assessment, pricing and value for money assessment for on time delivery.

You will also support the collaborative negotiation with suppliers, anticipate problems and encourage strong performance outcomes for your clients. Additionally, you will build client capability through relationships and knowledge sharing.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2 years+ experience providing procurement & contracts experience within the Federal Government, preferably with a Cert IV in Procurement & Contracts or similar. A baseline security clearance (NV1 and above highly desirable) is also required.
