Assistant Manager Position

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our hospitality team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Publican in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and presentation across all aspects of the business.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Support the Publican in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and presentation in all aspects of the business.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG certification, as per state requirements.
