**Job Role:** Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and create an iconic venue experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading teams in a similar environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also possess a strong understanding of food handling standards and OHS compliance.

You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase staff engagement.

This is a casual position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $28.52 plus 25% casual loading. You will also enjoy access to wellbeing activities, learning and development programs, and complimentary tickets to events.
