Care Consultant Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a collaborative environment within the Care Consultant team, encouraging knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
  • Direct workflow effectively to provide developmental opportunities, mentoring and coaching.
  • Empathetically guide families through the aged care decision-making process, offering personalised assistance and expert advice.
  • Create tailored solutions that address the unique needs and circumstances of each customer.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience within the aged care sector, with a deep understanding of the challenges and intricacies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with customers, their families, and financial planners to achieve holistic care solutions.
