Lead Transformational Change in Aged Care

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Director to lead our aged care services across residential sites, independent living units and community-based services.

This role provides strategic oversight of our aged care operations, requiring a dynamic leader with deep clinical insight, strong operational management skills and the ability to drive transformational change across complex teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a total workforce of approximately 160 employees and managing resources effectively to achieve high-quality care and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of aged care services across multiple sites, including residential facilities, independent living units and community-based services.
  • Leadership of key focus areas including Leadership and Strategic Management; Clinical and Care Governance; Compliance and Accreditation; Financial and Resource Management; Workforce and Human Resource Management; Stakeholder and Community Engagement; Consumer-Centred Care and Resident Advocacy; Risk Management and Emergency Preparedness.
Requirements:
  • Executive-level experience in aged care or healthcare with demonstrated ability to manage large teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary service delivery models.
  • Qualifications as a Registered Nurse with current registration.
  • Proven experience managing resources effectively and leading teams through complex change.
