Recreation Attendant Role

We are seeking a Recreation Attendant to manage the daily operations of our pool and health club. This is an excellent opportunity to build meaningful connections with guests and deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming environment for all guests at our pool and health club
  • Prepare and serve beverages, and assist with food service from in-room dining
  • Offer instruction on exercise equipment when requested
  • Maintain cleanliness of all front and back of house areas
  • Enter the pool and assist individuals when required

Requirements:

  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Have a valid NSW RSA Card or interim certificate
  • Demonstrate outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Be confident in making quick decisions
  • Be flexible to work across pool and health club operational hours
