Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and solutions-focused IT Systems Engineer to strengthen our Technology department. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize robust IT infrastructure solutions that support both internal operations and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage scalable IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments.
  • Lead systems integration across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments.
  • Administer and optimize virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Implement and monitor advanced cybersecurity measures (zero-trust, IAM, SIEM, malware/antivirus).
  • Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
  • Manage M365 environments (Entra ID, Intune, Teams) and user access controls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver infrastructure projects, providing technical leadership and clear documentation.
  • Support end-users with Level 2/3 technical issues and deliver training where required.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Proficiency in networking protocols (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity measures (zero-trust, IAM, SIEM, malware/antivirus).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
