Infrastructure Expertise Sought

We're collaborating with a leading ICT provider to find an experienced infrastructure specialist who excels in delivering high-quality solutions across diverse client environments and data centres.

This project-focused role offers a variety of tasks: designing and deploying infrastructure solutions, collaborating with solution architects and project managers, and sharing expertise with the team. Occasional support for managed services is also required.

Main Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing infrastructure solutions using Windows Server, Hyper-V, NetApp, Veeam, Azure/AWS.
  • Leading client-facing projects from initial consultation through delivery, including smooth handover to Managed Services where relevant and post-delivery reviews.
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, solution architects, and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Maintaining knowledge sharing, including lessons learned sessions and regular team workshops.
  • Balancing individual work with collaboration while upholding professionalism and quality standards.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 6 years' experience in infrastructure and solution delivery.
  • Strong technical expertise in Windows Server, Hyper-V, NetApp, Veeam, and/or cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions in client or data centre settings.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build strong client and team relationships.
  • Pursuit of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with end-user computing (e.g., VMware Horizon) or enterprise storage platforms (e.g., Dell/HPE).
  • Exposure to defence or highly regulated environments.
