Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Property Valuation team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking valuations of various properties, primarily for insurance and financial reporting purposes.

This is a challenging opportunity to apply advanced knowledge and skills in property valuation. You will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, travel extensively both nationally and internationally, and work effectively within a dynamic team environment.

  • Undertake valuations of various properties, applying advanced knowledge and skills in property valuation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including intrastate, national, and international travel to support key client commitments.
  • Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills and provide expert advice on valuation approaches and methodologies.
  • Lead small, complex, and unique valuation projects and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • AAPI qualification.
  • 1-5 years of experience (post registration) in performing valuations.
  • Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations is highly desirable.
  • Growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Logical, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel both nationally and internationally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
