We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valuations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset valuations.

The Valuations Manager will lead the external valuation program, instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports. This includes coordinating the internal valuation program and working closely with performance analysts to provide expert insights and strategic advice.

  • Maintain property forecast models: Support analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals.
  • Advisory role: Contribute to Asset Plans, Business Plans, and group initiatives.
  • Market relationships: Build strong connections with industry professionals and provide technical expertise.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification: Real Estate or Property discipline.
  • Professional accreditation: Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) 3 – 5 years.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of investment-grade property markets.
  • Experience: Listed and unlisted property funds management.
  • Skillset: Running and interpreting cash-flow modeling systems.
