We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Consultant to join our team of environmental experts.

About the Role

This is a key position within our consultancy, requiring a licensed professional to undertake asbestos assessments and related services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, sampling and analysis, and providing technical reports and data management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out comprehensive asbestos surveys and re-inspections as required
  • Update registers and management plans in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all work adheres to documented procedures and quality management systems
  • Produce high-quality technical reports and manage associated data

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with MS Office is essential, and travel may be required on an ad hoc basis.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A Class A Asbestos Assessors license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Significant experience in asbestos/hazardous materials surveying
  • Expertise in respirable air monitoring and fibre counting (NATA accreditation preferred)
  • Clearance inspection experience
