Earth Observation Program Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Program Support Officer to join our team in delivering the Earth Observation Program. The successful candidate will provide support to the Assistant Director EO Governance & Assurance and the Assistant Director PMO Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver governance and assurance activities across the Earth Observation Program.
- Undertake program and project management activities in support of the Program Services Manager.
- Provide effective secretariat support to internal and external governance forums.
- Prepare high-quality reports, performance dashboards, and other artefacts to support oversight, decision-making and internal accountability across the program.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a complex program environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a secretariat function, senior meetings, external functions or engagements.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
