Project Coordinator Position

Exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Project Coordinator in Melbourne.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to coordinate projects across various sectors.

Nature of position: Permanent Full Time

Location: Collins Street, Melbourne

Reporting Line: Completions Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- The Project Coordinator will track project progress and quality
- Effectively communicate project information to clients and team members
- Perform other key project functions assisting with billing, project data administration, practical completions or other project activities as required.
- Ensure verification of documents received by subcontractors prior to issuing payment advice to prevent delays in project completion and submission to the clients.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity in all databases where required
- Liaise directly with project stakeholders to define and deliver contract requirements as required.

Requirements:

To be successful for this role, you have:

- Demonstrated experience working in telecommunications or similar field
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and quality assurance processes
- Technical knowledge of Wireless and Transmission configurations
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and high level of attention to detail
