Job Summary

  • Supervise external subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
  • Monitor ongoing performance of subcontractors
  • Work closely with construction engineers/deployment manager to coordinate start dates, site inductions, inspections, and material delivery to sites
  • Provide daily progress reporting, issues, concerns, etc.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders
  • Conduct field safety, environmental, and quality control audits
  • Supervise all civil construction elements
  • Maintain WH&S records ensuring correct compliance and completion
  • Manage works to project timeframes and specifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a project environment within the telecommunications sector
  • Strong understanding of civil construction, technical installation, and integrations activities associated with telecommunications networks rollout
  • Proven understanding of HSE processes
  • Experience in base station deployment and commissioning highly advantageous
  • Relevant technical qualifications, ideally in constructions or telecommunications highly regarded
  • High risk license (DG, rigging, RB, RI, RA, EWP over 11m) highly regarded
  • Prior experience working with live networks and complex network arrangements advantageous
  • Cert. IV in Healthy & Safety or similar advantageous
  • Current RF-EME awareness training, White card, and First aid certificate
