Practice Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to lead our team in Sydney's Northern Beaches. Our clinic is purpose-built and fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital x-ray, IM3 dental suite, in-house lab equipment, and more.

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, leading and developing our team, and building a positive team culture. You will also be expected to ensure monthly KPIs are met, drive business growth through marketing initiatives, and deliver outstanding service and care to all patients and owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Senior Nurse/Practice Management experience
