Job Title: Regional Clinical Training Lead


This is a part-time role that reports to the Clinical Director and supports strategic planning for clinical training, education, performance, and recruitment across nursing teams in Sydney.


The role involves coaching and mentoring to enhance standards, patient care, capability, and client satisfaction by delivering clinical training to clinics and nurses, addressing clinical standards of care, and improving nurse capability and client interactions.


We are seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Training Lead to provide regional mentorship to nurses requiring assistance with clinical standards, influence clinical outcomes aligned with strategic initiatives, and collaborate with leaders to construct a training action plan.


The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing or above, high-level knowledge of veterinary nursing principles and practices, a strong surgical background, and continuing education focus.


Responsibilities include overseeing student placements and internships, assisting with interviewing and induction of Head Nurses, developing a pipeline through industry collaboration, and presenting training at Team Leader Meetings and Nurse training seminars.
