Key Role: Senior Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide senior-level support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, providing expert guidance, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional support to senior executives, handling complex tasks with ease and discretion.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline workflow, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Provide expert advice on document management, correspondence, and reporting, utilizing industry-standard tools such as iManage and Aderant.
- Support the preparation of court documents, including drafting briefs and filing materials.
- Manage client relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing timely updates on project status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the legal sector, preferably at Partner level.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Solid knowledge of the legal industry, with a deep understanding of current trends and best practices.
