We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Specialist Palliative Care Team, which serves the North West of Tasmania. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of healthcare professionals in the field of nursing and palliative care.

  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that cater to the needs of our team members, ensuring they have access to the latest knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • In this role, you will conduct thorough needs assessments and develop tailored education plans to address any gaps or areas for improvement within the team.
  • As a mentor and coach, you will provide ongoing support and guidance to help our team members enhance their skills and knowledge, enabling them to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
