Requirements:

  • Confident and approachable with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public environment
  • Well-presented, punctual, and professional
  • RSA certification (preferred, especially for lounge roles)
  • Previous event or promotional experience is beneficial but not essential
