This is a permanent, full-time role within our organisation.
As a Trainee Practice Assistant, you will be part of our Practice Support team and work closely with legal operatives and Practice Executives to provide administrative and operational assistance across a variety of tasks.
The Trainee Practice Assistant program is a 12-month program that involves rotational work in different departments every three months. This exposure will allow you to gain a better understanding of the various legal areas that we specialise in and will help you establish valuable connections within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support including generating reports, expense management, document amendments and document management under regular supervision.
- Support Legal operatives, Practice Assistants, and Practice Executives within the organisation.
- Develop administration skills and practice management capabilities under regular supervision.
- Learn how to utilise software programs and technology systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to matter financials, including supporting the monthly billing process.

- A basic level of skill and accuracy with software including Microsoft applications.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organise and prioritise work.
