The primary goal of this role is to contribute significantly to the achievement of corporate goals relative to profit, growth, and service provider relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Analysis and Strategy- Design and implementation of effective portfolio analysis, profit and retention strategies
- Collaboration with stakeholders regarding portfolio management strategy and maintenance of "one voice" with brokers
- Monitoring/reporting on status of open claims for assigned accounts and make recommendations
- Adherence to appropriate underwriting, compliance, and file documentation standards and workflows
- Evaluation and acceptance or declination of new lines, renewals, and endorsements within scope of delegated authority
- Achievement of individual producer targets as specified in goals/business plan
- Development and/or implementation of an effective business development strategy to prospect for new business across product lines and broker segments
- Management of broker and key account relationships through proactive communication, visitation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring of producers' performance by analyzing quality, volume, and mix of business
