Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Brands and Distribution division, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, mitigating, managing, and reporting across risks in our Retail and Business Banking Divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Risk team in risk and control management activities such as incident, issue, and treatment plan management
- Assist with risk assessments and process analysis, including projects, initiatives, or change processes
- Provide support with ad hoc risk activities
About You
You have a good understanding of the banking environment and can pinpoint areas requiring further analysis and attention. Your continuous improvement mindset will help deliver ongoing uplift in our Risk intelligence.
We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative individual who is dedicated to building relationships across teams. You will have the ability to deep-dive into business divisions' products and services to contribute to first-class Risk advice.
