Executive Venue Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurants, ensuring a memorable experience for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Ambitious restaurant professional with prior leadership experience in high-volume or fine dining venues
- Exceptional communication skills to engage diverse groups of guests and team members
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Current certification in Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV)
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
- Ability to effectively manage daily labor and stock control
- Sound knowledge of efficient venue financials
