Executive Venue Manager

This is a key role that requires a passionate and experienced leader to oversee the operation of a venue. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual who can manage a team of professionals in a dynamic environment.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage a team of duty managers, supervisors, and hospitality professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth running of the venue, including event setups, staffing, vendor partnerships, stock control, and financial reporting.
- Guest Experience: Shape guest experiences that keep visitors coming back, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and drive profitability by implementing efficient processes and controls.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing venue or hospitality operations, preferably in a community club setting.
- Financial Acumen: Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, stock control, and POS systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of licensing, health & safety, and compliance frameworks.
