Job Overview

The AFC Women's Asian Cup 2026 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venue Operations Coordinator to coordinate on-site venue logistics for the tournament.

This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal skills, as well as excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events, who can effectively lead cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, and event staff, to deliver a high-quality experience for all attendees.

In this fixed-term role, you will work closely with the Local Organising Committee to achieve our goals and objectives.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in event management, team leadership, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate on-site venue logistics, including vendor management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the tournament.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to meet the needs of the event.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, and event staff.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of event management software and systems.
