Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team.

  • This is a key role in helping customers find their perfect bike and creating an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team
  • Experience delivering high levels of hospitality to customers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Sound computer proficiency
  • Desire and capacity to get to 'yes'
  • A positive attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need
  • Fantastic hospitality skills, including a warm, approachable manner and great listening skills
  • Great communication with customers and teammates
  • Desire to cultivate customer relationships and create own client base
  • Commitment to deliver the best possible cycling experience for each customer

The Sales Lead will be responsible for:

  • Leading all store sales activities, including customer engagement, daily task list completion, and sales monitoring
  • Organising and participating in all sales employees training through targeting role plays, observing customer interactions, and more
  • Maintaining all aspects of store merchandising according to visual merchandising directive, including product placement, price auditing, and product re-stocking
  • Working with retail marketing to plan promotional strategies, set up promotions according to Trek's sales promotion calendar, and monitor promotional ROI
